Say a hearty “good morning” to DJI’s lightest and most compact drone yet. Weighing only 135g, the DJI Neo can launch and land on your palm without a controller and makes it effortless to capture cinematic footage of yourself without a camera operator.
Soar through breathtaking scenery, indoors and out, and be sure to include everybody in a group photo. Enjoy a fresh perspective on everyday life with DJI Neo.
The DJI Neo is slated for availability September 30, with the Combo available October 8.

The Neo is a highly affordable, highly accessible drone, perfect for beginners. You can operate with only two buttons—power and shooting mode—no need to master a remote. Just set a shooting mode, press and hold for two seconds to start, and voila! It will even return to your palms automatically after flight.
Full propeller guards come standard, so no one need feel fear, and it can’t get much smaller for go-everywhere operation. The DJI Neo is lighter than a smartphone and requires no remote! Eight vlog-centric modes are sure to offer an aerial solution for almost any situation. Shooting operations include Follow, Spotlight, OmniTrack, Dronie, Circle, Rocket, Helix, and Boomerang. Naturally, the autofocus algorithm can recognize and track people and faces, even without full-body framing.
The attendant mobile app allows all kinds of customization (e.g. setting Dronie distance from 2 to 20 meters, flight range, etc.). Stabilization is rock-solid, and 4K 30p footage / 12 MP still imagery is sure to delight even discerning content creators.
It should be said that, although it can be operated without a remote controller, the DJI Neo is controllable at all levels—use the built-in flight modes, voice control, mobile app remote, or physical remote (sold separately). Though small, the DJI Neo is a mighty tool for mighty creativity!
The DJI Neo drone alone is available for under $200; for less than $100 more, the combo adds two more batteries and a charging hub.
