OM-3

The watchwords for the OM System OM-3 are creative freedom.
On the resume for creativity:
- Easy to swap creative profiles, four color and four monochrome
- Cinematic adaptability: OM-Cinema 1 & 2 for instantly awesome videos; OM-Log400 for those with a penchant for post-processing
- Live Composite (yes!!! double exposures, in-camera!)
- Computational Photography button for subject detection, ND processing, high-res stacking, focus stacking HDR, and more
- Slow & Quick motion video
As far as freedom goes:
- Splash-proof (IP53 rated) metal body for fearless photography
- Instantly accessible creative dial for access to color profiles
- Carefully thought-out dials for intuitive control
- 120 fps burst mode
- Light-weight and compact body and lenses
- In-body image stabilization rated for up to 7.5 EV steps
The camera is built around a 20 MP Stacked BSI Live MOS sensor with 1,053 AF points, driven by OM System’s TruePix X processor. And all of that’s wrapped up in a strikingly handsome, classic design that’s guaranteed to put you in the auteur mindset.

M.Zuiko Digital 17mm f/1.8 II

“Weathersealed, compact, and fast” is how OM System is succinctly summarizing the two new prime lenses. Both offer incredible control over bokeh and background blur, plus convenient-to-carry bodies and ultra-satisfying imaging results. The 17mm will provide a view similar to a 34mm lens on a 35mm film camera—just a bit wider than “normal.” Combined with its increased compactness (compared to the 25mm), this makes it a superb street shooter.

M.Zuiko Digital 25mm f/1.8 II

Also “weathersealed, compact, and fast,” the new M.Zuiko Digital 25mm f/1.8 II offers a slightly different field of view from its close sibling (above). The 25mm, with a full frame equivalent field of view of 50mm, is a classically “normal” lens. I would highly recommend that you stop into any of our brick and mortar stores after release for a comparison—research can get you pretty far, but sometimes the vibes will give you an answer immediately. It’s all about finding the tools that make your art as close to effortless as possible!

M.Zuiko Digital ED 100–400mm f/5–6.3 IS II

Ready to capture the beauty of nature up close? The new iteration of this super-super telephoto zoom lens (200–800mm full frame equivalent field of view) has added that sweet, sweet Sync IS to make it surprisingly easy to handhold. The body of the lens is weathersealed and lightweight, so you can trek to wherever the action is without too much risk of sogging or slogging.
Plus, a thoughtful tripod mount design allows for incredibly versatile mounting when you decide to go the extra mile!
