A tripod to bring us back to the roots of image making

Whether you’re shooting film or digital, landscapes or architecture, astro or macro, a stable platform is a critical part of the process. ProMaster’s latest tripod was designed with history in mind, but incorporates the most modern innovations in steadiness. Offering an impressive range—from nearly flat on the ground to over all but the most towering head—and a reversible head with an ultra-precise four-way head, the Epoch is for image makers willing to slow down to capture the perfect image.

The four-way head is the pinnacle of precision, allowing smooth, discrete movements along each axis as needed. Both the base of the head and the top of the head offer 360° panning.

The three-section legs’ adjustment points feature a design inspired by old-school focusing rings for top-shelf style.

Each leg’s angle can be independently adjusted as far as 80°, and there’s a ⅜”-16 accessory port in the collar.

The two piece center column is reversible for macro, overhead, and other tricky photographic situations.

A weight hook rounds out the tripod’s features for the most stable footing possible.

The package includes the Epoch 328 legs, Epoch four-way pan/tilt head, 1816 Arca-type quick release plate, two hex wrenches, and a padded canvas storage bag. In a world that’s demanding faster movement than ever, true rebellion is slowing down anyway. Click here or visit a Mike’s Camera near you to stabilize your setup today!
