Meeting the representatives of our manufacturers is a great way to get direct insight from brand-specific experts. These guys—in addition to being pretty fun to talk to!—have an unmatched depth of knowledge in their areas, so you’re bound to learn something in any interaction. They also usually bring with them an extensive kit of their gear, so it’s an opportunity to see (maybe even touch) some of the more esoteric or high end products which stores like ours don’t typically keep on-hand.
