As the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) expands, we – like you – are concerned. I want to share with you the steps we’re taking at Mike’s Camera to go about our business in a safe and responsible manner. The health and safety of our customers and team members are our top priorities, and we’re committed to doing our part to help limit the proliferation of this virus.
We are urging our employees and customers to stay home if you are feeling ill.
At this time we have decided to postpone all of our classes and education programs until the end of April or until we see a better situation to protect our employees and our customers.
We are changing our regular business hours, to minimize exposure for our employees while still maintaining our accessibility for our customers as long as possible. Our stores, as always, stand ready to support in-demand services such as next-day local delivery, online order pickup, in-house online customer support.
Regarding product availability, we are taking additional steps to watch our inventory closely and increase our communications with our key suppliers, as some of our vendors are reporting disruptions in their supply chains.
Finally, we have removed the minimum order amount for FREE Ground shipping on all product purchases, in order to make it more convenient for you to shop with us while reducing any risk of exposure and transmission.
